Skin Trouble


Do you want to have a clean face like her? Or is your skin already clean?

The reason why actors and singers have great skin is because they spend lots of money that we can't even imagine. Therefore, we will never have the amazing clean skin they possess.
However, there are a few tricks that can help you get beautiful skin! First things first, you need to know what causes skin trouble.

Skin trouble is affected by various personal issues as well as exterior sources.
Personal reason might include lack of sleep, drinking, smoking, and stress.
Many other skin problems can be affected by air pollution as well.


How do you take care of your skin?

1. If you have any skin trouble, such as having pimples, try not to touch it. Scratching or squeezing will make agitate the area and even create a scar that looks like a black freckle.

2. Drink lots of water. Always drink a lot of water. It will make your skin brighter and is also recommended to improve digestion. When facing digestive problems, your skin can give off a yellow tone, which is why drinking water is so important.

3. Sleep well! After a deep sweet sleep, you'll see less trouble in your face.

4. Before you go to bed, wash your face. First try washing your face with warm water to open your pores. Then massage your cleansing foam on your face, just like the video clip that I uploaded, demonstrates! Then rinse off the bubbles with cool water so the pore closes. You should also be concerned about which cleansing foam you'll use.

5. Don't get stressed!!!! Stressing will make your face frown, causing your face to have more wrinkles. Try to always smile:)
