Skin Trouble


Do you want to have a clean face like her? Or is your skin already clean?

The reason why actors and singers have great skin is because they spend lots of money that we can't even imagine. Therefore, we will never have the amazing clean skin they possess.
However, there are a few tricks that can help you get beautiful skin! First things first, you need to know what causes skin trouble.

Skin trouble is affected by various personal issues as well as exterior sources.
Personal reason might include lack of sleep, drinking, smoking, and stress.
Many other skin problems can be affected by air pollution as well.


How do you take care of your skin?

1. If you have any skin trouble, such as having pimples, try not to touch it. Scratching or squeezing will make agitate the area and even create a scar that looks like a black freckle.

2. Drink lots of water. Always drink a lot of water. It will make your skin brighter and is also recommended to improve digestion. When facing digestive problems, your skin can give off a yellow tone, which is why drinking water is so important.

3. Sleep well! After a deep sweet sleep, you'll see less trouble in your face.

4. Before you go to bed, wash your face. First try washing your face with warm water to open your pores. Then massage your cleansing foam on your face, just like the video clip that I uploaded, demonstrates! Then rinse off the bubbles with cool water so the pore closes. You should also be concerned about which cleansing foam you'll use.

5. Don't get stressed!!!! Stressing will make your face frown, causing your face to have more wrinkles. Try to always smile:)

Dark circles under eyes

Some of the areas under your eyes can get really dark. If the area
around your eye gets darker and darker, you will either look very tired
or very old. There are a few ways to prevent what we call “dark circles”.


In order to avoid dark circles, try to sleep at least before 11 o'clock!
Many teenagers have dark areas around their eyes because they play games late into the night, or due to procrastination. The main cause of dark circle is lack of sleep. The human body has to sleep at least 8-10 hours.

Don't forget to apply sun block under your eyes too. Be careful of
putting sun block near your eyes because it can be a painful
experience.

Remove your eye make up "eye make-up remover". After you wash your face, use lotion, toner, and essence to keep your skin healthy. For extra healthy results, you can use eye cream as well. Eye cream prevents wrinkles, and also makes the under side of your eye brighter. Wrinkles make your skin darker because of the shadows it creates. You can also try simple massage techniques to improve blood circulation.

Take lots of vitamin C or E. Fruits like orange is filled with vitamin C, which benefits the health of your skin. Try not to smoke or drink, because this interferes with blood circulation.

If your eyes are tired, exercise them by rolling your eyes, or look at
natural scenery,such as mountains.

  • Dark circles usually get darker when you don't get enough sleep.
  • When you get stressed, you get dark circles.
  • If you get too much sunshine, you can get too many wrinkles, which will create dark areas under your eyes.



*Tip* Cut a "cucumber" in to little pieces and put in under your eyes where there are dark circles. Then take a nap. After 20 minutes, remove the cucumber. If you do that for several days, you'll see how bright the under side of your eyes become.

The very first blog posting!



Hi!:)
I made this blog today.
I will mostly post the variety of ways to use make-up!
I will write about the basic make-up before you actually make-up.


1. Cleansing foam.
First, wash your face with cleansing foam.
Make sure you don't have any make-ups left on your face!

2. Toner.
After you washed your face, put your own toner on the cotton pad,
and clean your face again.
(Toner is the first step of make-up, in order to get rid of any dirt on your face.)

3. Eye cream.
Put eye cream around your eyes,
mostly under the areas where there is dark skins and wrinkles.

4. Essence.
I would also recommend whitening essence.
Whitening essence makes your face brighter.

5. Lotion.
If your face is pretty greasy, then you don't have to do this step.

6. Sun cream.
Applying sun cream is very important.
Make sure it says PA+++(Three +signs are best at blocking sun's harmful rays).
If you spend most of your time indoors, SPA 15 is enough.
If you are constantly outside, SPA 30 is enough.
If you are going to the beach or plan on staying outside for a long time,
you should put sun cream on every 2 hours.


If you can't do all of the above, then you can do at least use
toner,lotion, and sun cream.
